Customisation tags can be added within your newsletter content, as follows:

To include unsubscribe tag, you need to write a line of text (for example, If you do not wish to receive any newsletters from us, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list)

{unsubscription_confirm_url} (create a line of text > hyperlink > include a tag in URL field)

{name} – the subscriber’s name or first name, it depends on how you label the field

{surname}  – the subscriber’s last name

{email} – the subscriber’s email

{profile_N} – the profile number N is an Extra Profile field NUMBER, as configured in the Extra Profile Fields

For example, if you have an Extra Profile field 'Salutation' and it has number 1, then you need to include the following tags to have personalisation as Dear Mr John Smith:

Dear {profile_1} {name} {surname} to have a personalisation as Dear Mr John Smith
